When the first edition of my illustrated book 'Banjo Paterson's Australians' was published in 1989, I was invited to be a guest on Ray Martin's 'Midday' TV show. The cameraman cleverly showed the at-home audience a series of pictures (as far as I recall, there were five) then pulled back to show that all were sections of the one image: my painting 'Snowy Mountains Man.'
Recently a fellow artist jogged my memory of this, so I'd like to share with you the Detail segments of some of my paintings.
